Information about the UK asylum system
The UK asylum system can be very challenging to understand and navigate. At the Baobab Centre you will be given support by our dedicated casework team to help you in your interactions with the Home Office, your solicitor, and the court system.
At Baobab we do not provide legal advice – you will need a legal representative to help prepare your case. But we will help as best we can so you understand the UK asylum law and your rights better. We will also assist you and your lawyer with fresh claims and appeals.
