Bryony Cribb

Office Manager and Clinical Administrator

A few words about me

After completing a Master’s in Conflict Resolution, I have worked with a range of charities dedicated to upholding the dignity of marginalised communities. I am a strong believer in the power of community and the importance of creating spaces where individuals feel a sense of belonging. I love connecting with people through conversations and laughter. I grew up near the Peak District so I am a big fan of long walks, and also find joy in swimming and spending time at the pottery studio.

What does your role at Baobab involve?

I have a varied role looking after the Office here at Baobab. This includes making sure the space is warm and welcoming, taking care of the incredible admin team and supporting the Clinicians to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. I am also fortunate to spend time with our young people, whether that is over a warm drink or planning future activities. I feel very lucky that my role allows me to witness, and be involved in, the variety of work taking place at Baobab.

What is your desert island book and music?

I can’t help but be a little greedy … Joni Mitchell; Nina Simone; Édith Piaf

I would also sneak a few Murakami books with me too.

What 3 words would you use to describe Baobab?

Homely ; Eclectic ; Inspiring
