Baobab briefing documents for MPs on the new Nationality and Borders Bill

Baobab has produced two short briefing documents for MPs and Lords in Parliament as they debate the Government’s new Nationality and Borders Bill.

We lay out our case for why this bill must not pass and drawing attention of all law-makers about the needs to safeguard and protect all children and young people in the UK’s asylum system, and calling for significant revisions to the text.
