A few words about me

Lover of art, music, travelling and all things earthy! My passion for human rights work began when living and working in Kenya, where I was for 5 years before joining Baobab. Baobab feels like a bridge between where my work began there and where I am now.

What does your role at Baobab involve?

I manage Baobab’s operations, fundraising and finance. You can find me at reception on most days typing away and always on standby to offer a cup of tea, chat or hug when needed!

What is your desert island book or music?

A mixtape with Alt-J, Ben Howard, Bob Marley, Burna Boy, Fleetwood Mac, Kings of Leon, Loyle Carner, Sauti Sol, Sticky Fingers, Sun el-musician, Tracy Chapman, Xavier Rudd… And some Tara Brach podcasts to keep me “Zen”.

What 3 words would you use to describe Baobab?

Impactful, inclusive and quirky.
